Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to visitors and registered users of the Service. If you interact with Metrotopia only through a partner or event organizer, that organization may also have its own privacy terms.

• Service providers — Companies that help us run Metrotopia, including Amazon Web Services (hosting, authentication, storage, and content delivery), Interlucent (cloud streaming), and Agora (voice chat). They process data on our instructions and are required to protect it.
• Legal and safety — When we believe disclosure is required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
• Business transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

International transfers

Metrotopia is operated from the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers maintain facilities. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other regions with data-transfer rules.

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Service, fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or meet legal requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in line with our retention practices.
